Screen Cleaning Wipes
Our wipes are extremely low in particle generation and chemical extractables. The fabric consists of premium quality polyester fibers that are continuously filamented throughout the knit construction. They are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment especially for use in cleanrooms.

Wipes are individually inspected with a lot-to-lot traceability and using ISO 9000 standards.

Squeegee Blades
Riv Inc. offers two types of squeegee material: “Cut Type” these blades are manufactured in America of the finest polyurethane elastomers available. The casting process used ensures a uniform material, without voids, and hard or soft spots. These solvent resistant grades of polyurethane give the screen printer longer lasting, wear resistant printing edges. The edges of these blades are the smoothest and sharpest available, to give you maximum printing performance. The smooth surface also enhances the squeegee life, by minimizing solvent penetration. Diamond style blades (3/8”x3/8”x24”) are our stocked cuts. Single edge and Rectangle style blades will be stocked at your request.

“Molded Type” these blades are also manufactured of the finest polyurethane elastomers available. Polyurethane offers longer life, less screen wear, and improved ink or paste release. The molding process offers the following advantages over sliced (cut) or ground squeegees. Tighter durometer control, Tighter dimensional tolerance (+/-.005”
Width and Height) (Typical height tolerance on sliced is +/- .015”), Longer Edge Life, Straighter Edges (offers better print control from even pressure). Molded style blades
(3/8”x3/8”x20”) are our stocked items. Single edge and Rectangle style blades will be stocked at your request.

Tension Gauges
This Gauge is made in the U.S.A.. It is a heavy-duty mechanical tension meter that assures durability and long term accuracy in monitory screen tension. Manufactured with all stainless steel hardened gears, shockproof industrial grade internal gear movement and jeweled sapphire bearings. The Model 1-E is direct reading in Newtons per centimeter measuring from 7 to 130 n/cm with +/-1% accuracy.
